The role requires extensive experience in public policy or politics, strong knowledge of Australian government and decision-making, and the ability to advise senior internal stakeholders.

Support and modernize critical infrastructure across Windows, Linux, cloud, and enterprise environments. Build infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, automation, and CI/CD capabilities that enable reliable infrastructure rebuilding. Consolidate workflows into shared Git-based pipelines, establish engineering standards, coach infrastructure teams on automation-first practices, and deliver secure, resilient hybrid-cloud services aligned with compliance and business needs.
