Design equitable benefit-sharing, monitor carbon market trends, coordinate investment opportunities, and collaborate with TNC units and external partners. Two-year term; flexible location.

Provide legal advice on complex transactions and governance for Australia/New Zealand (and other APAC) business units; draft and review contracts and organizational documents; manage outside counsel; advise on governance and regulatory matters; supervise or mentor junior legal staff; support cross-cultural teams and occasional travel.
