Implement, test, deploy, and validate digital IoT, AI, and machine learning solutions for mining equipment. Conduct field testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site deployments; manage digital labs; support product development, prototyping, research, and technical documentation. Apply expertise in industrial equipment, sensors, instrumentation, and condition monitoring while collaborating with technology and product teams globally.

Produce sand moulds and cores in a foundry manufacturing environment while meeting safety, quality, and production targets. Operate cranes, forklifts, sand mixers, process equipment, and hand tools. Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and stock replenishment. Support team collaboration by mentoring apprentices and machine moulders, maintaining orderly work areas, and following standard operating procedures.

Lead R&D projects in ceramics, provide technical support, manage project timelines, mentor junior staff, and ensure safety in operations.
