Design and support cyclone and cyclone cluster process equipment for mining customers. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory and customer compliance, reviewing drawings, conducting design reviews, managing technical queries, supporting project delivery, engaging stakeholders, and participating in site visits, commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities. The role requires occasional local and overseas travel to mines, factories, and customer sites.

Operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including vertical borers, horizontal machining centres, and radial drills. Produce precision components, interpret technical drawings, inspect completed work, record dimensional data, and manage non-conforming materials. Perform pre-start inspections, TPM checks, shift handovers, and maintain safe, clean work areas. Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within the machine shop.

Maintain, inspect, repair, align, calibrate, rebuild, and commission CNC and conventional machine tools. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and basic electrical faults; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; use CMMS for records and reporting; support machine upgrades and automation projects; and improve equipment reliability, availability, safety, and performance.
