Own post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across ANZ. Develop and execute success plans, lead executive and quarterly business reviews, drive product adoption and retention, identify expansion opportunities, monitor customer health, coordinate internal teams, capture customer insights in Salesforce, and build executive relationships to increase renewals and advocacy.

Develop and modernize TimeBase legislation systems, including Perl modernization, source code and data migrations, cloud and infrastructure migration, CRM consolidation, SSO, observability, and compliance initiatives. Collaborate with distributed technology and delivery teams, document architecture and migration procedures, support legacy decommissioning, and communicate risks and dependencies. The role also contributes to Westlaw and other Thomson Reuters content platforms.

Drive enterprise software sales growth across Australia and New Zealand by acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, creating pipeline, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The role engages senior executives, develops territory strategies, coordinates cross-functional resources, leads negotiations, builds business cases, maintains forecast accuracy, and transitions customers to account management and customer success.
