Support the dealing desk by monitoring market exposure and margin across FX/CFD asset classes, track market and economic events, assist with operational risk investigations, and contribute to data analysis, automation, and reporting to improve risk monitoring and decision-making.

Lead global growth marketing strategy and execution across paid media, social, analytics, CRO and regional teams. Own acquisition channels, budgets, performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV), measurement frameworks, and mentor a multi-region growth team to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
