Supports regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions for a licensed financial services provider. Responsibilities include coordinating with regulators and service providers, preparing statutory filings and corporate documents, maintaining compliance records, monitoring deadlines, supporting internal controls and compliance frameworks, and assisting with governance projects. The role collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders in a cross-border environment and may involve occasional visits to regulators or government offices.

Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments, monitoring, observability, and security controls for FX and CFD trading environments. Collaborates with software engineering and trading technology teams, troubleshoots deployment and environment issues, supports production incidents, performs root cause analysis, and improves platform reliability, scalability, availability, and security.

Own day-to-day trading operations, including case triage, MT4/MT5 configuration, risk controls, plugin support, incident investigation, reporting, monitoring, and automation. Use SQL and Python to analyze platform data and resolve issues, coordinate with Dealing, Liquidity, and Technology teams, identify operational risks, document procedures, and improve workflows. The role requires sound judgment and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
