Teams at Toast

Install and configure Toast POS hardware and networking equipment at local restaurants, troubleshoot connectivity issues, terminate Ethernet cables, and conduct customer training. Serve as the primary implementation contact, complete site surveys, document implementation plans and regional best practices, support go-live activities, and manage post-launch troubleshooting and follow-up training. The role requires extensive local travel, flexible hours, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and restaurant operations understanding.

Generate and manage restaurant prospects through the full sales cycle, conduct product demonstrations, develop tailored Toast solutions, negotiate with decision-makers, and close new accounts in the Sydney territory. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, CRM management in Salesforce, competitive positioning, goal achievement, and consultative field selling. Candidates must live locally or relocate to Sydney and have reliable transportation.

Lead partner sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and lifecycle management for integration and channel partners in Australia/APAC. Build channel strategy and partner programs from scratch, track KPIs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, Legal, and DevRel to prioritize integrations and drive partner-sourced pipeline and customer adoption.
