Coordinate daily activities at the ACE Training Centre, distribute course instructions and timetables, produce LMS and system reports, maintain quality assurance processes, support audits, and track project deliverables. The role provides administrative support to operations teams across Sydney and Melbourne while requiring strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Fixed Wing & Operations, coordinating meetings, travel, documentation, office resources, and ad-hoc HR support across Victoria and NSW to ensure smooth business operations.

Coordinate tooling and ground support equipment for a rotary-wing fleet: manage orders, inventory, procurement, supplier liaison, inspections, and corrective actions to support maintenance schedules and aircraft airworthiness under OEM and CASA procedures.
