Lead mobilisation and delivery of rotary-wing maintenance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, tooling/GSE delivery, technical leadership, documentation control, change management, workforce capability development, and aviation safety oversight for AW139 operations.

Lead end-to-end IT service delivery and continuous improvement for warehouse and transport operations. Oversee daily IT operations, act as primary escalation point, partner with stakeholders and vendors, track performance and KPIs, coordinate ITSM-driven service improvements, and communicate incidents, changes and initiatives. Requires regular site visits and occasional domestic/international travel.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Fixed Wing & Operations, coordinating meetings, travel, documentation, office resources, and ad-hoc HR support across Victoria and NSW to ensure smooth business operations.
