Lead and grow the product management team during a ~12-month parental leave, shape product strategy, drive discovery and customer-first decision making, align product with company outcomes, partner across engineering, design, marketing and sales, and represent the company externally.

Lead analytics engineering for business operations: build and maintain dbt models on Snowflake, create SCD2/dimensional models, produce trusted metrics and self-serve marts and dashboards, ensure data quality across source systems, surface proactive insights, and partner with Finance and Customer Success to drive revenue, retention and product usage analysis.

Lead a small engineering team to design, build, deploy and operate scalable, reliable systems that ingest AI chatbot sentiment and integrate with existing brand-tracking data. Coach and manage senior engineers, collaborate with product and design, run experiments, and focus on commercial outcomes and discovery.
