Manage a diverse SaaS customer portfolio from onboarding through retention and growth. Help marketers and business leaders adopt Tracksuit’s brand-tracking platform, interpret data and insights, and realize business value. Build executive and user relationships, advocate for customer needs, provide product feedback, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions, and Sales. Support renewals, expansion, forecasting, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Lead and grow the product management team during a ~12-month parental leave, shape product strategy, drive discovery and customer-first decision making, align product with company outcomes, partner across engineering, design, marketing and sales, and represent the company externally.

The Senior Data Scientist will enhance survey operations, analyze data quality, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using advanced data science techniques.
