Lead full-cycle technical recruiting across APAC for engineering roles, build scalable diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and design AI-powered/low-code recruiting tools and automations to improve sourcing, screening, engagement, and candidate experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable web experiences and backend services for the OpenTTD integration portal. Work across React frontends, REST/GraphQL APIs, and backend services (C# or similar). Own features end-to-end, collaborate with product and UX, drive technical quality through design and code reviews, and evolve platform architecture to support new personas and integrations.
