As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and develop products on a cloud-native platform, tackling complex challenges and leading junior engineers.

Lead multiple distributed engineering squads and managers to deliver high-quality ERP integrations. Own technical direction, architecture, metrics (cycle time, deploy frequency, incident rate), roadmaps, hiring, playbooks, and cross-functional partnerships while coaching managers and raising engineering standards with an AI-first approach.

Lead and grow the Platform Engineering team owning GCP cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, IaC, observability, developer experience and FinOps. Set technical direction, roadmaps, metrics, playbooks, and hire and coach managers to enable reliable, scalable delivery across globally distributed product teams.
