Leads strategic sourcing and category management initiatives, negotiates commercial agreements, manages supplier relationships, analyzes market and spend data, mitigates procurement risks, and partners with stakeholders to optimize value and delivery outcomes.

Provides administrative and executive support to the Legal Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, schedules, onboarding, travel, events, learning sessions, records, invoices, suppliers, and team operations. Supports legal operations initiatives, process improvements, technology adoption, information management, and stakeholder relationships across multiple locations.

Develop and deliver strategic, audience-led corporate communications across digital, live-event, and visual channels. Translate complex information into engaging stories that connect employees and stakeholders to organizational purpose, strategy, and impact. Advise leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, support communications during change and growth, and use feedback, insights, data, and AI literacy to improve engagement. The role requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness, adaptability, strong storytelling, and confidence learning publishing platforms such as SharePoint and Staffbase.
