Oversee ANZ treasury operations, including cash funding across multiple currencies and bank accounts, cash forecasting, reconciliations, payment processing, liquidity optimisation, and intercompany fund repatriation. Execute spot and forward FX trades while managing exposure within group policy. Support the IT2 treasury management system, treasury reporting, working capital utilisation, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Leads the transition of a global Oracle Finance Transformation programme into business-as-usual operations. Owns the finance transformation roadmap, technology optimization, process automation, target operating model, shared services, governance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement across global Finance. The role manages cross-functional initiatives, offshore delivery-center partnerships, technology vendors, stakeholder engagement, and development of a high-performing transformation capability.
