Own the full sales cycle for APAC eCommerce and agency customers: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Generate pipeline, work MQLs, collaborate with marketing/CS, and travel domestically to Sydney and Melbourne.

Own enterprise eCommerce client relationships, drive program strategy, forecast revenue and renewals, enable product adoption and growth, analyze usage to manage risk, present to executives, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate customer needs into product requirements.

Provide front-line technical support for Triple Whale's e-commerce analytics platform via live chat; troubleshoot platform issues, triage and escalate bugs to Engineering, advise customers on best practices, partner with Product and Customer Success to improve experience, and identify trends to drive product and documentation improvements.
