The Associate Director leads consulting commissions, engages with clients, manages teams, develops advisory services, and drives improvements in client operations and team development.

Lead end-to-end client-side project management for corporate occupier fit-out projects. Act as day-to-day client interface, establish governance, manage budgets, change control, quality, safety, and project teams; produce plans, KPIs, reports, and advise on procurement and strategy to meet time, cost and performance targets.

Manage and deliver technical building services (MEP) projects, with emphasis on electrical and controls systems. Oversee design, procurement, contractors, governance, risk and change control in live operational environments. Interface with clients, consultants and contractors, produce project reports, support tender evaluations, and contribute to financial management, quality assurance, and growth of the technical services offering.
