Responsibilities include strategic brand planning, channel-specific portfolio development, innovation and NPD leadership, product changes, gifting and seasonal range development, commercial execution, customer presentations, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing, Insights, and NPD teams.

The Communications Manager translates brand and consumer strategies into integrated campaign and always-on delivery plans. Responsibilities include coordinating paid, owned, and earned campaigns; managing timelines, workflows, budgets, agencies, approvals, and stakeholder accountability; supporting content production and distribution; maintaining governance and reporting; and using campaign insights to optimize future activity. The role also supports personalized marketing through CDP and CRM platforms, data-driven consumer experiences, team onboarding, and process improvement.

Leads Twinings Australia’s IT function, including IT operations, service delivery, business analysis, solution implementation, data and reporting systems, digital transformation projects, budgets, vendors, security, compliance, and team development. Partners with Australian leadership, global technology teams, and APAC transformation stakeholders to prioritize requirements, deliver technology initiatives, resolve complex issues, and improve business performance.
