Field-based sales role driving revenue for synthetic biology and life-science reagents in Korea. Build relationships with academic, biotech, and pharma researchers; manage full sales cycle, territory planning, pipeline and forecasts; collaborate with technical teams and channel partners; represent the company at conferences and support local marketing and product introductions.

Provide concierge-level customer support for biotech customers via email, chat, and phone. Resolve product, service, and order issues, process and validate sales orders, generate Salesforce quotes, guide customers on product selection and ecommerce use, and advise on Asia import/export logistics. Maintain QMS/ISMS compliance and coordinate proactively with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
