Leads regional operations by analyzing business trends, developing operational and analytical products, identifying scalable improvements, and managing complex cross-functional projects. The role partners with Product, Legal, Policy, Community Operations, and other teams to influence roadmaps, diagnose operational issues, improve customer experiences, and deliver business growth in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Own Uber Eats’ ANZ consumer growth strategy across affordability, partnerships, lifecycle promotions, and growth bets. Build analytical frameworks, cohort strategies, promotional architecture, experimentation and measurement standards, forecasts, and investment plans. Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams, drive alignment without direct authority, and translate consumer decisions into commercial and P&L outcomes.

Owns APAC marketplace reliability and product strategy for Uber Direct. Leads regional product launches, marketplace optimization, reliability governance, and cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Data Science, and Finance. Builds an APAC Centre of Excellence, develops scalable playbooks, influences global investment decisions, and guides country teams on execution, commercial trade-offs, courier experience, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
