Own and prepare the consolidated income statement and group P&L reporting, manage IAS 29 and IFRS/SOX impacts, lead quarter results presentations, manage P&L audit interactions, co-lead GCAD trainings, and drive simplification and automation of reporting processes.

Leads regional Cyber Emergency Response Team operations, directing detection, triage, containment, investigation, remediation, recovery, and communications for major cyber incidents. The role requires extensive enterprise security operations experience, people leadership, technical incident response expertise, and knowledge of cyber defense frameworks.

Leads strategic workforce planning by integrating business strategy, Finance cycles, skills, capacity, costs, productivity, automation, and agent economics. Designs AI-enabled planning tools and agents for forecasting, skills analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support. Establishes planning standards, data requirements, guardrails, and human review processes while connecting outputs to hiring, reskilling, organization design, automation, and cost management.

Leads global organisation design programmes, complex restructures, and AI-enabled self-service capabilities. Develops design methodologies, guardrails, diagnostics, prompts, agent workflows, and governance. Uses workforce analytics to evaluate spans, layers, costs, role clarity, capability, and implementation risks. Partners with business leaders, People teams, data, technology, finance, legal, and employee relations stakeholders. Builds organisation design capability and supports consistent, evidence-based decision-making while maintaining human oversight and consultation discipline.
