Build scenario models, set planning standards, specify data/agent requirements, and ensure outputs connect to hiring, learning, organisation design and cost management.

Lead Unilever's organisation design programmes and AI-enabled design capability. Develop methodology, self-serve tools and agent workflows; support complex restructures; apply organisation analytics; maintain human-in-the-loop governance; partner with data, finance, legal and technology teams; and build People team capability to scale consistent, evidence-based design decisions.

Lead the architecture, governance and adoption of Unilever's workforce digital twin and AI knowledge layer. Define canonical workforce and finance data products, manage integrations, data quality and reconciliation, build retrieval and drift monitoring, and manage vendors to ensure trusted data for People Products and AI-enabled decisioning.
