Owns global strategic sourcing for advertising production services, including film, photography, digital adaptation, talent, and music. Develops portfolio strategy, leads RFPs and cost benchmarking, manages supplier rosters and contracts, tracks savings and KPIs, and supports compliance, risk mitigation, and AI-enabled transformation. Partners with global brands, procurement teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders to improve cost governance, asset reuse, supplier performance, and production efficiency.
