The Senior Preconstruction Manager leads commercial interior fit-out projects, managing estimations, design development, subcontractor bids, budgets, schedules, and client communications throughout the pre-construction phase.

Support design team to develop workplace interior concepts through space planning, finishes/furniture selection, drawings and documentation. Conduct site surveys, assist with furniture/finish packages and cost inputs, use AutoCAD/Revit and Adobe/Microsoft tools, and learn detailing under senior mentorship to deliver client-focused design outcomes.

The Project Manager oversees construction projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality control and stakeholder communication.
