The Project Manager oversees construction projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality control and stakeholder communication.

Manage construction projects end-to-end, coordinate subcontractors, run weekly site meetings, maintain documentation and schedules in Vista or similar tools, proactively resolve issues, and support cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and project milestones.

Lead preconstruction planning, review drawings for constructability and value-engineering, manage subcontractor bidding and scopes, develop schedules and budgets, present proposals to clients, and maintain subcontractor relationships to ensure profitable, on-time commercial projects with high client satisfaction.
