Provide end-to-end, high-quality financial planning and complex advice to members, including high-net-worth clients. Drive business development, deliver seminars and client education, maintain governance and compliance, mentor associate advisers, and contribute to advice innovation and efficiency (including AI tools). Sydney-based with a 60% in-office commitment.

Support onboarding, offboarding and transaction management for advisers, licensees and their staff. Deliver high-quality service, manage enquiries and queues, ensure regulatory and procedural accuracy, and contribute to process improvement, quality initiatives and operational readiness.

Execute a Monitoring & Supervision program to review client files, observe adviser meetings, assess advice quality, record outcomes, develop policies and tools, share performance insights, and deliver training to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality financial advice.
