Provides high-level executive support to the Chief Governance Officer, managing complex diaries, emails, workflows, governance operations, Senate activities and strategic projects. The role coordinates workforce planning and forecasting with Finance, manages sensitive stakeholder relationships, supports succession planning and due diligence, and deputises for the Executive Officer to the Chancellor. It requires strong governance knowledge, project coordination, executive communication, operational judgment and stakeholder management skills.

Coordinates education and social work student placements, including school relationships, placement administration, stakeholder enquiries, databases, reports, supervisor payments, and mentor development programs. Provides accurate advice to students, staff, and external partners, resolves procedural issues, manages competing priorities, and supports professional experience teams across teacher education and social work programs.

Designs, builds, tests, implements, and evaluates learner-centred educational experiences and student experience programs. Supports senior designers in developing scalable learning solutions, contributes user experience and technical design skills, and helps improve learning services and processes. The role requires collaboration, problem-solving, project initiation, communication, adaptability, coding knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for graphics, video editing, and wireframes.
