The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Lead the University’s research analytics strategy and specialist team, delivering trusted insights for research performance, investment, rankings, benchmarking, and institutional decision-making. Partner with senior academic and professional leaders, oversee reporting and external assessments, advance predictive analytics, visualization, and self-service capabilities, and establish strong data governance, quality, security, and compliance frameworks. Monitor research policy and funding trends while building organizational capability and fostering continuous improvement.
