Provides strategic and operational leadership for a national renewable fuels research centre. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, mapping and redesigning processes, supporting solution design, testing, implementation, assurance, remediation, stakeholder engagement, and change activities. The role works with technical teams, business leaders, project managers, vendors, and security specialists to deliver control uplift, access governance, and digital transformation outcomes.

Leads projects and conversion initiatives supporting student recruitment across digital, print, email, SMS, and outbound channels. Responsibilities include coordinating targeted campaigns, managing recruitment collateral production, engaging university stakeholders, and translating operational needs into technology and project solutions. The role requires experience with campaigns, communications, publications, project coordination, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and content management systems.

Lead the University's cloud and infrastructure operations across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises platforms. Drive cloud-first transformation, service reliability, security, scalability, cost optimization, disaster recovery, automation, and operational governance. Lead and develop technical teams, manage performance metrics, and engage stakeholders to align technology services with organizational outcomes.

Provides enterprise security architecture leadership across cyber uplift, identity and access management, cloud transformation, and technology programs. Designs secure, resilient enterprise and cloud solutions; establishes security principles; leads architecture reviews; and advises senior stakeholders on technology decisions. The role covers IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, security governance, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.

Academic Teachers deliver classes according to approved syllabi, prepare lessons and learning materials, assess and mark student work, maintain academic records, provide feedback and guidance, refer students to support services, collaborate with academic staff, and participate in moderation, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance activities.
