Provides strategic and operational leadership for a national renewable fuels research centre. Oversees governance, finance, risk, compliance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and operational delivery. Partners with academic, industry, government, and funding stakeholders to establish systems, build teams, manage partnerships, and execute the Centre’s strategic objectives through its funding term.

Leads the University of Wollongong’s institutional governance frameworks, policy oversight, delegations management, and governance capability development. Advises senior executives and Council, ensures alignment with legislation and governance principles, leads a governance team, strengthens accountability and decision-making, and drives continuous improvement across the institution.

Lead the Woolyungah Indigenous Centre across UOW campuses, overseeing culturally responsive student programs, services, operations and staff. Drive recruitment, outreach, transition, retention, employability and academic success initiatives for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Build partnerships with communities, university stakeholders and external organisations, while fostering a culturally safe workplace and managing resources, priorities and outcomes.
