Leads the operation, maintenance, optimisation and future development of a cryo-electron microscopy facility. Provides advanced user training and technical support across sample preparation, data acquisition, image analysis and structure determination. Develops computational processing workflows, collaborates on structural biology research, manages facility access, supervises staff, and supports stakeholder engagement, reporting and scientific outputs.

Lead UOW’s enterprise analytics function by embedding data-driven decision-making, overseeing self-service analytics and data products, managing the enterprise data roadmap, and leading a multidisciplinary analytics team. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate complex business needs into actionable insights, and strengthen data capability across the University. The role requires knowledge of advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, predictive modeling, data warehousing, visualization, and analysis tools.

Coordinates enterprise risk and compliance uplift initiatives, managing milestones, deliverables, reporting, governance documentation, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and organisational change activities across the university.
