Manages UOW’s international partnership agreements, legal documentation, compliance processes, institutional records, and foreign arrangements reporting. Coordinates high-profile international delegations and visits, prepares executive briefings and reports, and supports strategic global partnerships. The role requires strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, collaboration with senior university offices and external partners, and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.

Coordinates enterprise risk and compliance uplift initiatives, managing milestones, deliverables, reporting, governance documentation, stakeholder engagement, training, workshops, communications, and organisational change activities. The role supports capability development, risk culture, compliance maturity, organisational resilience, and implementation across university faculties, divisions, and controlled entities.

Leads the design and delivery of inclusive numeracy and academic learning support programs across UOW campuses. Manages Math Skills Advisors and casual staff, develops curriculum-aligned initiatives, collaborates with academic and professional stakeholders, drives student engagement, and uses data and feedback to improve services supporting student success, progression, and retention.
