Leads the development and continuous improvement of institutional governance frameworks, policy oversight, delegations management and governance capability across the University of Wollongong. Advises senior executives and Council, ensures alignment with legislation and governance principles, leads a governance team, strengthens accountability and decision-making, and drives continuous improvement across a complex higher education environment.

Coordinates academic integrity investigations, including evidence gathering, interviews, documentation, and findings. Plans and evaluates prevention initiatives and process improvements; develops educational resources and communications; supports committees and stakeholders; produces reports and data-informed insights; and advises on academic integrity policies, procedures, case management, and operational systems.

Provides HR advice and support to managers and staff across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, organisational change, position management, and promotions. Interprets HR policies, Enterprise Agreements, and industrial obligations while coaching managers and supporting continuous improvement. The role partners with People & Culture teams to deliver responsive, compliant, and employee-focused services.
