Provides student-facing academic support through workshops, one-to-one guidance, Q&A sessions, study plans, and targeted interventions. Supports academic writing, research, referencing, assessment interpretation, academic integrity, and appropriate Generative AI use. Collaborates with teaching staff to identify skill gaps, supports academically at-risk students, maintains records, contributes to reporting and quality improvement, and refers students to additional services when needed.

Manage and optimize student and business systems, maintain accurate and compliant student data, resolve system issues, coordinate vendor enhancements, and produce operational and regulatory reports. The role supports TCSI and QILT submissions, develops Power BI dashboards, investigates data discrepancies, maintains documentation, and trains staff on systems and processes.

Coordinate and support delivery of Community Services courses, guide academic staff, monitor student progress, enhance curriculum, and oversee academic quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with students, internal teams, regulators, and industry stakeholders, along with analysis of course performance data and support for teaching excellence and student outcomes.

Provides strategic and operational academic leadership across multiple campuses, overseeing learning and teaching quality, student outcomes, academic staff performance, curriculum innovation, governance, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and stakeholder relationships. Leads senior academic teams and ensures accredited course delivery aligns with institutional strategy, quality standards, and industry expectations.

Supervise Community Services students throughout fieldwork placements by liaising with students, placement providers, and the College. Monitor progress, conduct placement meetings, support learning and assessment requirements, assess student work, resolve and escalate issues, maintain records, and contribute to compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide academic leadership and oversight for Social Work courses, mentoring academic staff, monitoring course delivery and student outcomes, leading curriculum reviews, supporting assessment moderation and quality assurance, and contributing to accreditation, governance, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Marks student assessments for online payroll programs using approved rubrics and assessment materials. Provides accurate grades and constructive feedback, applies assessment principles and rules of evidence, completes marking within agreed deadlines, and maintains marking records. This independent contractor role requires payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or vocational assessment experience, current industry knowledge, assessor credentials, strong written communication, and reliable deadline management.
