Coordinates the Bachelor of Community Services program, supporting academic staff, curriculum quality, teaching excellence, student outcomes, course performance, governance, quality assurance, accreditation, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires higher education leadership experience, knowledge of TEQSA and Australian higher education standards, and relevant Community Services qualifications and industry experience.

Manage and optimize student and business systems, maintain accurate and compliant student data, resolve system issues, coordinate vendor enhancements, and produce operational and regulatory reports. The role supports TCSI and QILT submissions, develops Power BI dashboards, investigates data discrepancies, maintains documentation, and trains staff on systems and processes.
