Provides student-facing academic support through workshops, one-to-one guidance, Q&A sessions, study plans, and targeted interventions. Supports academic writing, research, referencing, assessment interpretation, academic integrity, and appropriate Generative AI use. Collaborates with teaching staff to identify skill gaps, supports academically at-risk students, maintains records, contributes to reporting and quality improvement, and refers students to additional services when needed.

Manage and optimize student and business systems, maintain accurate and compliant student data, resolve system issues, coordinate vendor enhancements, and produce operational and regulatory reports. The role supports TCSI and QILT submissions, develops Power BI dashboards, investigates data discrepancies, maintains documentation, and trains staff on systems and processes.

Coordinate and support delivery of Community Services courses, guide academic staff, monitor student progress, enhance curriculum, and oversee academic quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with students, internal teams, regulators, and industry stakeholders, along with analysis of course performance data and support for teaching excellence and student outcomes.
