Own and scale creator and affiliate partnerships across ecommerce brands, managing sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, attribution, and performance optimization. Build scalable creator pipelines and operating systems while using performance data to improve content, revenue, and paid amplification. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, Brand, and POD teams, managing multiple creators, campaigns, commercial structures, and growth experiments.

Own paid social strategy, execution, optimization, testing, budgets, and performance for Meta campaigns across ecommerce brands. Audit accounts, improve targeting and creative, analyze metrics, and drive profitable growth. Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Paid Media teams while developing expertise across TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other acquisition channels. Mentor junior team members and contribute actionable performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
