Drive business development and sales growth in warehouse automation by building industry networks, generating opportunities, managing pipelines, developing win strategies, leading bids and proposals, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining ownership of customer relationships through deal closure.

Supports health, safety, and environmental programs across baggage handling operations at Sydney airports. Responsibilities include workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, contractor safety, compliance audits, safety training, environmental monitoring, emergency preparedness, and HSE reporting. The role promotes safety culture, tracks performance indicators, manages corrective actions, and ensures compliance with Australian WHS legislation and airport safety requirements.
