Own the full sales cycle for Vanta: develop outbound strategies, convert inbound leads, negotiate and close deals (target ~30 days), manage pipeline and playbook, deliver demos and materials, and gather prospect insights for product development.

Founding member of Vanta's APJ Venture & Startup Partnerships team. Build and scale relationships with founders, VCs, and accelerators; run events, enable partners, support portfolio engagement, and drive GTM collaboration with Sales and Marketing to convert ecosystem activity into pipeline and product adoption.

Own expansion and retention for APJ customers, manage upsells and renewals, build strong customer relationships, collaborate with CSMs and internal experts, forecast expansion/churn, maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and align Vanta solutions to customer security and compliance goals.
