Own support cases from investigation through resolution, identify defects or misconfigurations, implement break-fix solutions, educate customers, and document interactions accurately in the CRM within SLA requirements.

Manage and grow mid-market and enterprise accounts (NSW state government, utilities, universities) through direct and channel sales. Drive pipeline, influence tenders, coordinate technical POCs, joint account planning with partners, forecast in Salesforce, and meet revenue targets. Travel up to 50% within territory.
