VelocityEHS ensures pay and bonus plans are competitive by benchmarking all roles against industry data sources (Radford and Payscale). The company publishes defined pay bands with transparent earning potential, offers pay transparency, maintains a documented equal pay policy and runs multiple compensation audits each year to support equity in pay and promotion decisions. Offering a competitive rewards package reinforces a clear connection between impact and rewards.

VelocityEHS combines transparent leadership, regular feedback, clear expectations and structured career progression with a remote-first model designed around flexibility and work-life balance. The result is a workplace where employees can see how pay is determined, understand how to grow and feel recognized for the value they create.

VelocityEHS also conducts structured manager training that includes a full session on compensation. The training session offers transparency around the organization's pay practices and how to communicate compensation with employees. All employees have access to their specific job compensation band and are provided with that information on an annual basis in combination with our Total Rewards Statements.

VelocityEHS offers a competitive perks and benefits package and coverages a large portion of employee premiums. Employees are offered a choice of three medical plans; two PPO options and an HSA eligible HDHP. Access to dental, vision and other voluntary plans are also available. VelocityEHS employees receive generous PTO packages that include additional days for volunteering, reflection, and sick time. VelocityEHS values employee mental health and offers free access to several different free resources, including Modern Health.
