Own and optimise the marketing technology stack across HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, GA4 and related platforms. Build dashboards, improve data quality and customer journeys, execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, support account-based marketing, and analyse digital performance and marketing ROI. The role partners with marketing, growth and practice teams to use automation, AI and emerging MarTech to improve conversion, campaign outcomes and commercial impact.

Operate and support production Microsoft Azure environments for managed-services customers. Responsibilities include monitoring platform health, resolving incidents, performing root-cause analysis, implementing automation and Infrastructure-as-Code, managing identity and access through Entra ID, applying security and governance controls, and supporting maintenance, backup, cost optimization, and continuous service improvement. The role also requires customer communication, technical documentation, risk reporting, and collaboration with delivery teams under service-level agreements.

Lead enterprise Data and AI transformation engagements using Databricks across AWS and Azure. Define data strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and modern Lakehouse architectures. Design AI-enabled data products using Mosaic AI, GenAI, RAG, Vector Search, MLflow, and agentic AI. Advise executive stakeholders, facilitate architecture workshops, support solution pursuits, and develop reusable architecture patterns for the Data and AI practice.
