As a Principal Engineer, you will lead technical engagements, mentor a team, drive innovation in cloud-native solutions, and ensure quality delivery for clients. You will bridge engineering and stakeholder needs while developing best practices and technical solutions in a collaborative environment.

Lead cloud and AI adoption engagements: define cloud and GenAI roadmaps, design cloud-native and AI-integrated architectures, advise C-level stakeholders, drive operating models (FinOps/DevSecOps/platform engineering), oversee organisational change, and enable capability uplift through coaching and frameworks.

As an Iteration Manager, you'll lead agile delivery for client engagements, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders while promoting team agile maturity.
