Participates in a structured 12-month engineering development program involving technical training, rotational assignments, project support, solution development, customer and field exposure, and mentorship. The role builds expertise in data center infrastructure, critical power, thermal management, and Vertiv solutions. Participants may rotate through engineering, technical services, project management, product applications, commissioning, and technical support before potential placement into a permanent technical role.

Participate in a structured 12-month engineering development program involving technical training, rotational assignments, engineering projects, product applications, customer and field exposure, and mentorship. Develop expertise in data center infrastructure, critical power, thermal management, and Vertiv solutions while gaining experience in project support, technical solution development, customer requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provide post-sales engineering leadership and technical authority for mission-critical power projects across Australia and New Zealand. Manage documentation handovers, conduct technical/ICA reviews, re-estimate engineering costs, lead technical submittals, oversee as-built drawings, prepare procurement scopes, manage scope changes, and drive continuous improvement. Liaise with sales, project, procurement, service teams and external vendors. Ensure WHS, environmental and quality compliance through project delivery to commissioning and hand-over.
