Teams at Vertiv

Generate sales of Vertiv power and thermal solutions to end users, contractors, and channel partners. Manage proposals, quotes, tenders, orders, sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets from qualification through closure. Provide basic technical product guidance, collaborate with engineering and internal teams, build customer relationships, monitor market and competitor activity, and report on performance. The role requires electrical or mechanical product knowledge, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and permanent Australian work rights.

Manage strategic accounts across Asia by developing account plans, driving sales growth and market share, strengthening executive relationships, identifying opportunities, and coordinating tailored solutions with internal teams. Responsibilities include forecasting, business reviews, contract negotiations, issue resolution, market analysis, and commercial strategy. The role requires managing complex multi-country accounts, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and mentoring colleagues.

Supports HR processes and employee experience across ANZ. Advises employees and leaders on employee relations, performance, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll changes, HRIS updates, benefits, documentation, and reporting. Coaches managers, maintains employee records, coordinates pre-employment medicals and benefits programs, and contributes to HR process improvements while ensuring workplace health, safety, environment, and quality compliance.
