Manages national electrical service operations for key accounts, including UPS, DC systems, switchboards, transfer switches, generators, and rack outlets. Oversees maintenance, audits, load testing, contractors, SLAs, quotations, reporting, forecasts, customer meetings, and on-call coverage. Leads improvement projects, supports sales growth, ensures safety and quality compliance, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders in a 24/7 critical-infrastructure environment.

Field service role performing commissioning, maintenance and after-hours support for power equipment. Complete service reports, maintain van stock, ensure WHS compliance, support sales opportunities, and work on-call with occasional overnight and remote site visits.

Provide local technical support and design input for data centre thermal solutions, support sales with product guidance, prepare BOMs/quotes, maintain industry relationships, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of technical documentation and demonstrations.
