The role requires clear communication, strong organization, careful handling of sensitive information, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Host Success teams in a fully remote environment.

Lead and coach a customer retention team while personally conducting outbound calls to reactivate inactive customers and drive repeat transactions. Build SOPs, scripts, workflows, training materials, and retention campaigns; manage schedules and assignments; track KPIs, conversion, revenue, and reactivation; conduct call reviews; maintain CRM records and reports; handle escalations; and support hiring and onboarding.
