Maintains accurate financial records and reporting, including month-end close, management accounts, journals, reconciliations, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role provides financial analysis and insights to operational stakeholders, supports financial modeling and process improvements, and contributes to finance system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Administer the Rapid Global platform by maintaining employee profiles, uploading licences and compliance records, configuring expiry notifications, monitoring overdue documentation, supporting onboarding, generating reports, and assisting with incident, induction, audit, and contractor management modules. The role requires strong data accuracy, organisation, Microsoft Office and Excel skills, independent work, and knowledge of training and workforce compliance processes.
