Designs and manages complex fibre network routes, upgrades, capacity plans, cost estimates, documentation, and maintenance solutions. Coordinates internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver resilient, buildable designs while meeting engineering, safety, regulatory, commercial, and quality requirements. The role also supports network records, incident response, permanent repairs, process improvements, and technical guidance for colleagues.

Supports a three-month employee records migration project within People Operations. Responsibilities include reviewing, organising, validating, and migrating employee documentation; maintaining trackers and issue logs; conducting quality assurance; resolving filing issues; and handling confidential information. The role also provides general HR administration support and contributes to process improvements. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, digital literacy, organisational skills, discretion, and familiarity with employee lifecycle documentation, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and preferably an HRIS such as Dayforce.

Drive acquisition of new wholesale NBN customers across Australia by identifying prospects, developing strategic partnerships, leading consultative sales cycles, negotiating complex contracts, and exceeding revenue targets. The role engages executive stakeholders, coordinates Product, Technology, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams, and ensures successful customer onboarding. It requires strong telecommunications market expertise, commercial acumen, pipeline management, and experience closing complex B2B opportunities.
