Lead a capital asset project from feasibility and process design through execution and commissioning at an industrial terminal. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary engineering, field inspections, contractor and contract management, CAPEX budgeting, schedule control using MS Project or Primavera P6, progress reporting, HSSE compliance, quality assurance, and commissioning performance. The role requires delivery of safe, on-time, on-budget projects involving tanks, piping, pumps, rotating equipment, and utility systems.
