Leads finance business partnering for Wabtec’s Signalling & Systems segment, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, project financial performance, capital investment analysis, tenders, risk management, governance, and executive reporting. Develops financial models and business cases, evaluates project feasibility and profitability, ensures compliance, supports audits, and mentors finance professionals. Partners with project, operational, commercial, procurement, legal, tax, treasury, and executive teams to improve business performance and financial decision-making.

Leads manufacturing process performance and field reliability across the product lifecycle. Translates product designs into safe, repeatable processes; improves productivity, quality, tooling, automation, and production ramp-up. Analyzes telemetry, RMA, and field data to identify failure trends, conducts cross-functional root cause investigations, oversees installation quality, and drives predictive and preventative reliability improvements through stakeholder leadership, governance, coaching, and structured reporting.

Provide day-to-day accounting support across two entities: monthly reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset and project costing, budgeting and forecasting support, compliance (BAS/GST/PAYG) and audit preparation, and collaborate with Shared Services. Train on and use Sage, M1 and OneStream for reporting and consolidation.

Serve as single point of contact for post-installation customer support of CAS systems, manage SLA delivery and margin, coordinate escalations, monitor support cases, advise on spares and upgrades, liaise with sales to grow contracts, run SLA reviews and establish best practices.
