Supports the Finance Manager with accounting operations across two entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, compliance, and audit preparation. The role uses Sage, M1, OneStream, and Excel while coordinating with shared services teams. It is a permanent entry-level position based in Rydalmere, NSW, with hybrid work arrangements.

Configure, test, deploy, and maintain customer systems for mining technology solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, manage configuration and software updates, and perform services remotely, in-office, or onsite. Collaborate with customers, services teams, Product Managers, and Engineering to resolve issues, improve products, and ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Leads manufacturing process performance and field reliability across the product lifecycle. Translates product designs into safe, repeatable processes; improves productivity, quality, tooling, automation, and production ramp-up. Analyzes telemetry, RMA, and field data to identify failure trends, conducts cross-functional root cause investigations, oversees installation quality, and drives predictive and preventative reliability improvements through stakeholder leadership, governance, coaching, and structured reporting.
