Lead and maintain the Quality Management System for transit and components across Australia and New Zealand. Manage compliance to ISO9001 and regulatory/customer requirements, run audits and supplier quality programs, lead investigations (RCA/8D/FMEA), implement corrective actions, report KPIs, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and act as primary customer contact for quality matters.

Provide day-to-day accounting support across two entities: monthly reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset and project costing, budgeting and forecasting support, compliance (BAS/GST/PAYG) and audit preparation, and collaborate with Shared Services. Train on and use Sage, M1 and OneStream for reporting and consolidation.

Serve as single point of contact for post-installation customer support of CAS systems, manage SLA delivery and margin, coordinate escalations, monitor support cases, advise on spares and upgrades, liaise with sales to grow contracts, run SLA reviews and establish best practices.
