The Product Manager will define vision and roadmap for products, lead the full product lifecycle, and improve products based on metrics and feedback.

Lead and optimise the end-to-end customer journey across service delivery, training, pricing governance and project quoting. Manage and develop customer-facing teams, implement process and system improvements, ensure pricing accuracy and quote profitability, and partner cross-functionally to drive retention, revenue and operational excellence.
