Coordinate, operate and improve digital manufacturing systems (digital twins, simulation, automation, additive manufacturing) to support industry-collaborative projects, applied research, training and demonstrations. Senior strategic and operational advisor to the Provost overseeing the Office of the Provost. Lead portfolio planning, governance, performance monitoring, executive briefings, business cases and major projects. Enable faculties and institutes through operational support, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement, and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to advance student success, research and regional engagement.

Support and embed WHS management across External Engagements, Education and Research. Deliver risk assessments, incident investigations, injury prevention, compliance assurance, education programs and stakeholder engagement to reduce physical and psychosocial risks and build safety capability.

Lead and advance machine learning research and teaching as a professorial lead. Set research direction across deep learning, NLP, data science and theoretical foundations; mentor staff and HDR candidates; develop curriculum; build industry, employer and government partnerships; and promote responsible, trustworthy AI with impact beyond academia.

Coordinate and implement marketing and communications initiatives to raise NICM Health Research Institute's profile. Produce media, digital, social, website, newsletter and promotional content; manage media relations, events, stakeholder engagement and promotional resources; translate complex health research for diverse audiences and report on communications performance to support funding, partnerships and impact.
