Responsibilities include maintaining records and filing systems, using computerised information systems, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documents, supporting communications and student engagement, prioritising tasks, and building professional relationships. Some positions may require travel between Western Sydney University campuses.

Lead identity and access management architecture across strategic university initiatives. Design target-state architectures, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps covering Entra ID, Okta, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, provisioning, federation, Zero Trust, and Azure infrastructure. Evaluate options, manage risks and dependencies, maintain architecture governance records, and collaborate with enterprise, cloud, security, integration, data, solution architects, stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.

Coordinates industry partnering initiatives across research, innovation, workforce development, and commercial engagement. Improves partnering frameworks, workflows, tools, and governance; connects industry needs with university capabilities; coordinates cross-functional delivery involving academic, legal, finance, commercialisation, and operational teams; supports pilots and strategic partnerships; and provides reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders.

Provides academic leadership in marketing, with emphasis on digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and marketing technology. Responsibilities include teaching and learning design, assessment, leading research projects and teams, supervising postgraduate researchers, developing interdisciplinary networks, and building industry, government, and professional relationships to support teaching, research, and external funding outcomes.

Leads complex workplace relations, employment, enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution, investigations, misconduct, performance, and workplace conflict matters across the University. Advises senior leaders, represents the employer in negotiations and proceedings, maintains union relationships, interprets industrial instruments, develops workplace policies, and identifies industrial risks through workplace trend analysis.

Leads the Social Work discipline through academic and people leadership, advancing curriculum quality, research excellence, postgraduate supervision, community partnerships, external funding, and inclusive educational practice. The role oversees undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD education; mentors academic staff; strengthens relationships with industry, government, professional bodies, and communities; and contributes to School Executive governance and strategic direction.

Lead teaching, research, curriculum innovation, external engagement, and strategic initiatives in artificial intelligence, business analytics, digital technologies, and responsible AI. The Professor will build the discipline’s research and education capabilities, maintain an international academic reputation, secure external funding, supervise higher degree researchers, mentor academic staff, and develop relationships with industry, government, professional bodies, and communities.
