Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise AI governance model, establishing frameworks, policies and controls. Provide expert advice on AI risk, compliance and responsible AI practices, engage stakeholders across privacy, legal, cyber and IT, and lead risk and assurance activities to embed governance across AI lifecycle processes.

Lead change and adoption for a portfolio of critical cybersecurity initiatives. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder mapping, design and deliver change, communication and training plans, support sponsors and senior leaders, develop change frameworks and toolkits, and manage a small team to ensure adoption and program benefit realization.

Lead major gift fundraising by developing donor-centred strategies, managing a portfolio of major donors and prospects, preparing proposals and cases for support, advising senior leaders for donor engagement, and strengthening portfolio management, stewardship, CRM discipline and reporting to grow philanthropic income.

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and travel management, correspondence, expense processing, reports and presentations, committee secretariat (agendas, papers, minutes), events coordination, records and governance management, and stakeholder engagement, operating in a fast-paced university environment with confidentiality and strong organisational skills.

Lead finance, operations and governance for the student union. Provide strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and audit oversight. Act as Company Secretary supporting Board and committees. Oversee administration, procurement, facilities, policy, risk and compliance to ensure organisational sustainability and strong stakeholder relationships.

Support journalism and media research projects in the Global South by conducting literature reviews, data collection and basic analysis, preparing research materials, and providing end-to-end research and financial administration for pre- and post-award activities, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and grant support.

Lead enterprise AI strategy, governance and delivery across teaching, research and operations. Drive responsible AI adoption, build organisational capability, prioritise use cases, and deliver scalable secure AI solutions with measurable benefits.

Coordinate and monitor Work Integrated Learning (WIL) projects and student placements across the Faculty. Support planning, placement administration, stakeholder engagement and data analysis to deliver projects on time, within budget and compliant with policy. Produce reports, maintain records, and build industry/community partnerships to enhance student experience.

Manage a portfolio of trust, foundation and grant prospects to secure philanthropic funding for students, research and capital projects. Develop cultivation and solicitation plans, prepare high-quality proposals and briefings, conduct prospect research, record donor data in Raiser's Edge, and support senior staff and Deans in donor meetings and stewardship activities.

Lead end-to-end development and delivery of major funded research bids and strategic industry, government and community partnerships. Identify opportunities, build consortia, shape bid strategy, manage proposal development to contract award and implementation, analyse funding and policy landscapes, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with university governance and best practice.

Lead teaching, curriculum innovation and student success across law programs; maintain an established research profile, secure funding, supervise HDR candidates, mentor colleagues, contribute to governance, and build partnerships with industry, government and community to advance the School's mission.
