Provide end-to-end research administration and financial support for Institute projects, including project setup, compliance, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, risk assessments, records management, and grant budget coordination while liaising with researchers, Finance, Research Services, funders and suppliers.

Lead and develop administrative teams to deliver student‑centred services; oversee program, subject and student administration; ensure data integrity and governance; drive continuous improvement of systems and processes; support workforce planning, budgeting, reporting and strategic initiatives; provide expert advice, stakeholder engagement and committee representation.

Senior academic role leading teaching, curriculum innovation, and blended learning in the School of Law. Drive high-impact legal research, supervise and mentor staff and students, attract external funding, and build industry, community and international partnerships to strengthen the School's teaching and research profile.

Maintain and integrate WSUSU digital systems including student engagement platforms, websites, payment gateways and data pipelines. Provide technical and user support, manage APIs, centralise data into a data lake, and produce dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Ensure system reliability, security, access controls, documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to continuously improve platforms.

Lead IT governance, risk and assurance for cyber and technology across the university. Develop and maintain GRC frameworks, control libraries, risk registers, and assurance testing (including pen testing/red teaming). Oversee third-party cyber risk, secure-by-design practices, and reporting to executives while leading a team and driving measurable risk and culture improvements.

Lead strategy and delivery of integrated marketing and communications for the student union. Oversee digital platforms, social media, websites, analytics, brand and messaging. Manage a small specialist team, support student media, liaise with student leaders, university stakeholders and external partners, and ensure governance, compliance and reputational risk management.

Coordinate and manage the Tutoring for Success program to connect Indigenous students with culturally safe, student-centred academic support. Build relationships with students, tutors and staff, oversee day-to-day delivery, use feedback and data to improve outcomes, and contribute to broader Badanami Centre initiatives that support retention, belonging and student success.
