Coordinate, operate and improve digital manufacturing systems (digital twins, simulation, automation, additive manufacturing) to support industry-collaborative projects, applied research, training and demonstrations. Provide technical advice on capability, roadmaps and investments, ensure safe compliant environments, support trials and solution development for partners, and contribute to workforce development through workshops, short courses and micro-credentials.

Deliver governance, policy and project outcomes for the Provost Office across a complex university environment. Coordinate committee processes, prepare reports and briefings, contribute to policy development and academic governance initiatives, manage project milestones and stakeholder expectations, and use Microsoft 365 and business systems to maintain records, monitor compliance, and implement process improvements.

Provide technical business analysis across enterprise PMO projects: translate complex business needs into requirements, capability models and solution options; partner with stakeholders and architects; produce traceable specifications; support testing, reporting, change planning and compliance; coach and assure consistent analysis practice.
