Leads governance, compliance, policy, risk, audit and assurance frameworks across the College. Provides expert advice to executives and committees, oversees complaints, incidents, appeals and misconduct matters, and prepares reports and submissions. Drives continuous improvement, organisational accountability and performance while managing complex regulatory environments and stakeholder priorities. The role is based at Parramatta City campus with travel to other campuses required.

Provide specialist technical support for digital media teaching and research. Prepare and maintain studios, equipment, software, teaching spaces, digital resources, and Unity project templates. Support practical classes and assist students and staff with design, animation, web, app development, and interactive media technologies. Provide C# debugging assistance, technical instruction, facility maintenance, safety support, and continuous service improvement while managing competing priorities.

Lead Western Sydney University’s media strategy, media relations, storytelling, reputation management, and critical incident communications. Build journalist relationships, identify newsworthy opportunities, translate complex research and institutional priorities into compelling coverage, and lead a high-performing media and social media team. The role requires senior leadership experience in complex, publicly accountable organizations and strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape.
