Leads business development strategy and execution across APAC for the corporate practice. Manages pitches, proposals, client planning, market intelligence, partner advisory, positioning, thought leadership, events, and communications initiatives. Oversees cross-practice collaboration, stakeholder engagement, BD process improvement, and mentoring of team members and project groups. Supports partners and practice leaders in driving client growth, relationship development, market positioning, and commercially compelling outcomes.

Processes Australia and Hong Kong payroll through ADP, including timesheet review, pay calculations, deductions, adjustments, reconciliations, records maintenance, and issue resolution. Prepares payroll journals, vouchers, general ledger entries, partner compensation payments, and payslips. Ensures compliance with payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG, FBT, GST, and related obligations while supporting finance reporting and payment approvals.

Provides competition and antitrust legal counsel on merger clearance, cartel investigations, monopolization, consumer law, regulatory reviews, foreign investment, access regimes, and ACCC investigations. Advises clients across Australia, APAC, and global markets; prepares regulatory submissions, assesses commercial risks, supports transactions and alliances, and contributes to practice growth. The role requires strong analytical, communication, judgment, time-management, client-service, and teamwork skills.
