What It's Like to Work at Wipfli

It's pretty cool to show up every day and work with people who celebrate curiosity in everything they do. I treasure the opportunity to roll up my sleeves with my colleagues, experience the challenges first-hand, and contribute to solutions.

We are aiming for lifetime relationships. We always put ourselves in the client’s shoes and imagine how they can supercharge their business with technology.

This past year in particular, it has been reaffirmed that "people work with people." I have heard from many of our close clients that Wipfli's continued growth is directly attributable to our outward mindset and human centered approach.

As the National Chair for the multicultural business resource group, Embrace, I'm excited to work with our leadership team on our mission, vision and goals to the firm while provided support and a voice for our diverse associates.

I love the people that I work with. One of the values that has been instilled by leadership is teamwork. I always feel supported by my team members and leaders, and never feel like I have to deal with issues alone.

Given the unique size, scope and scale of Wipfli, we have access to all of the resources and thought leadership available in a larger firm while being motivated by a culture that embraces entrepreneurship and innovation found in boutique organizations.

How do you collaborate with other teams? Innovative solutions come from diversity of thought and skillsets. Collaborating with other teams ensures we are harnessing our collective super powers to design platforms that drive lasting impact for our clients, as well as promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning for our associates.
