Teams at Wisr

Manages and grows relationships with mortgage and asset finance brokers, converting engagement into loan submissions and increasing application volume. Uses CRM and AI tools to support broker activation, retention, and loan origination. Coordinates broker accreditation and training, prepares BDMs for external events, updates marketing materials, supports promotional activities, and contributes to Growth team projects. Requires strong consumer lending sales experience, communication, relationship management, data hygiene, and project coordination skills.
