Provide Level 2/3 IT support and helpdesk resolution, administer Exchange/MS365, troubleshoot software, hardware, servers, networking and security devices, manage assets and documentation, train end users, and collaborate with local/global teams on IT infrastructure projects. Role requires onsite flexibility across Sydney/Melbourne offices.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end geospatial solutions on Esri platforms and VertiGIS Studio, develop and optimize web applications, provide system architecture and technical leadership, perform code/configuration reviews, mentor team members, support presales scoping and proposals, and drive adoption of emerging spatial technologies including AI integration.

Coordinate and support BIM workflows for large-scale data centre projects: set up models, enforce BIM standards, provide Revit technical support, develop templates/libraries, audit and clean models, populate asset data, automate workflows, deliver training, and document BIM processes.
