Leads the design, configuration, deployment, and support of VertiGIS and ArcGIS geospatial solutions. Provides solution architecture, technical documentation, client advice, pre-sales demonstrations, project delivery support, performance improvements, automation, and continuous improvement. Works with databases and cloud services while supporting customer opportunities and pursuing relevant industry certifications. This is a hybrid Perth-based role requiring travel as needed and a police background check.

Manage project documentation for architectural projects across design and delivery phases. Responsibilities include maintaining document registers, controlling drawings and revisions, applying naming and filing standards, uploading and distributing records through document management platforms, preparing transmittals, supporting tenders and approvals, reviewing document quality, maintaining audit-ready archives, and reporting on document status. The role requires architecture, engineering, or construction document-control experience, strong accuracy, Microsoft Office and PDF markup proficiency, and familiarity with BIM and ISO 9001 systems.

Support the HR Director across APAC by managing employee relations, coaching leaders, workforce and succession planning, organisational change, remuneration advice, compliance, talent processes, and workforce analytics. The role partners with managers and Talent Acquisition, supports HR systems and process improvement, and advises on employment legislation, culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and return-to-work activities. A police background check and full Australian working rights are required.
