The Business Development Representative will manage leads, drive sales pipeline, engage with C-Suite, and work with marketing and account executives on strategies.

Lead design, development, and deployment of HCM reporting and analytics solutions (Workday, Prism, People Analytics). Advise clients on analytics strategy, troubleshoot reporting issues, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality, multi-country implementations.

Deliver post–go-live Workday HCM consulting services to drive feature adoption, perform tenant and health reviews, troubleshoot configurations, run workshops/webinars, and support multiple enterprise customers to maximize Workday value.
