Run governance rhythms, monitor KPIs, enable partner readiness, resolve channel conflicts, and advocate partner needs internally while mentoring junior partner managers.

Lead APAC HR compliance programs (gender pay reporting, time tracking, policy development, labor audit responses). Translate legal obligations into deliverables, partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders, guide project teams, document and communicate compliance plans, and analyze compliance data with HR Analytics to present progress to regional HR leadership.
