Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements for Evisort’s AI-powered contract lifecycle management solution. Demonstrate the platform, translate customer requirements into tailored solutions, develop presentations and proofs of concept, and build executive-level business cases for contract transformation. Advise strategic customers on expansion and apply AI and LLM capabilities across procurement, legal, compliance, and other operational use cases. Support sales opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, and potentially Asia.

Supports Workday sales cycles as a Workforce Management and Payroll subject matter expert. Delivers product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, seminars, discovery sessions, proof-of-concept builds, and RFX responses. Develops solution designs and implementation specifications, addresses prospect questions, supports qualification and deal closure, and influences C-level HR leaders. Requires strong payroll and workforce management expertise, HCM technology knowledge, presentation skills, and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

Drive enterprise sales of Workday’s AI Talent Suite, including HiredScore and Paradox, alongside Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement. Generate and manage sales pipelines, build executive relationships, co-sell with core account executives, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, position unified AI solutions, address data privacy and responsible AI concerns, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires deep HR technology expertise, platform-selling experience, and consultative selling skills.
