Lead presales technical solutioning and enterprise architecture discussions to showcase Workday's platform, AI/ML and agent capabilities. Design as-is/to-be architectures, run discoveries and demos, answer RFPs, and collaborate with sales to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

The Business Development Representative will manage leads, drive sales pipeline, engage with C-Suite, and work with marketing and account executives on strategies.

Drive new-business revenue across ANZ by prospecting, building C-level relationships, positioning Workday SaaS ERP and HR solutions, negotiating deals, and managing complex sales cycles from creation to close.
