Partners with executives, sales teams, and technology groups to shape solutions, support proposals, and deliver complex security services. Provides thought leadership across security domains, manages concurrent delivery teams, mentors practitioners, develops client relationships, and drives practice growth. Focus areas include cyber resilience, security strategy, compliance, identity, security operations, application, data, cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, and AI security.

Drive opportunity analysis, solution and proposal development, pricing, and financial modeling to support sales. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to present solutions, respond to RFPs, build business cases, enable account planning, and transition won deals to program management.

Respond to customer RFQs and orders, create and manage Cisco HW BOMs in CCW, configure solutions using WWT tools, maintain vendor/customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and produce detailed quote and order reports for stakeholders.

Provide technical pre-sales and consultative architecture support for Australian and NZ enterprise clients. Create and maintain client architecture plans, run scoping workshops, design high-quality pre-sales deliverables, build OEM and partner relationships, and act as a trusted advisor across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, applications, and transformation initiatives.

Lead and oversee professional services projects from scoping through delivery, act as primary client technical contact, resolve technical risks, manage project finances and teams, mentor junior staff, support sales and SOW development, and ensure project profitability and quality while traveling frequently to client sites.

Provide pre-sales architecture and technical consulting for AI/HPC networking and infrastructure across Australia/NZ. Lead scoping workshops, design networks for large GPU clusters, assess data center fit-out, build OEM relationships, and deliver high-quality AI infrastructure solutions.
