Leads project management within a therapeutic group, overseeing clinical project delivery, financial performance, staffing, resource utilization, sponsor relationships, proposals, and business development. Manages and develops personnel, ensures projects meet quality, timeline, budget, and client satisfaction objectives, resolves sponsor issues, and supports global drug development programs. Requires strong leadership, financial analysis, negotiation, clinical research knowledge, and international travel capability.

Manages clinical trial site activation activities, coordinating site identification, qualification, selection, essential document collection, contracts, regulatory activities, project plans, budgets, metrics, risks, and timelines. Serves as the primary communication and accountability point for study start-up, collaborates with sponsors and cross-functional teams, supports proposals and feasibility, ensures compliance with SOPs, ICH GCP, and applicable regulations, and contributes to process improvement and team coaching.
